By accessing or using Seaavey APIs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Seaavey APIs provides various REST API endpoints for developers, including but not limited to media downloaders, search tools, and utility services. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys
• Ensuring your use does not exceed specified rate limits
• Not using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempting to interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure

You may not use Seaavey APIs to:

• Build applications that promote illegal activities or hate speech
• Systematically scrape the Service to build a competing product
• Circumvent security measures or bypass rate limiting mechanisms
• Resell API access without explicit written permission

The Service architecture, branding, and original source code are owned by Seaavey Dynamics. Content processed through the Service remains the property of its respective owners. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to access and process any data through our endpoints.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

The Service is provided without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Use at your own risk.

In no event shall Seaavey Dynamics be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after revisions constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
