• Archived historical docs (TODO.md, VULNERABILITY.md, PHASE3_PROFILING.md) to .agents/archive/
• Simplified IDENTITY.md, SOUL.md, and USER.md to reduce token usage and overlap
• Transformed GEMINI.md into lean architecture and context index
• Added mandatory ## Usage Token section for all memory entries
• Standardized memory entry template with required headings
• Reduced total root documentation token count by ~40-50%
